Consistent performance, my go-to

This was my third purchase from BuzzTV Direct, this time a BuzzTV E5 for another room. I've always had good experiences with them. The order was processed quickly, and it arrived in about 4 days, just like my previous orders. Their devices are reliable, and the BuzzTV 5 app is consistent across all of them, which I appreciate. I keep coming back because their products just work without much fuss, and the shipping is dependable. No surprises, which is exactly what I want.

Good box, support could be faster

I ordered a BuzzTV X5 128GB a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I needed without much hassle. Shipping took 5 days to reach me in California, which was within the estimated timeframe. The box itself is solid. Set up was easy enough, and the BuzzTV 5 app works pretty smoothly for what I use it for. I had a small question about connecting an external hard drive, so I emailed support. It took about 48 hours to get a reply, which felt a bit long, but the answer was helpful. Quality of the product seems good; it feels sturdy and performs well, no real complaints there. The remote is also pretty responsive. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Decent upgrade from old model

I picked up the BuzzTV U5 to replace an older streaming box. The shipping was quick, got it in three days. Setup was a breeze, and the picture quality is definitely an improvement. The BuzzTV 5 app is snappier too. My only minor gripe is the remote; it feels a little less premium than my previous one, but it works fine. Good value for the price.
